Fraud Alert- Text Messages

It has come to our attention that there has been some fraudulent text messaging activity. We are hearing reports from members that scammers are posing as members of our Fraud Department and requesting online banking passwords. The image represents the fraudulent number and the information being requested. We would NOT request this information via text message. You should never share this information. If you have responded to one of these calls and feel your account information may be at risk, please contact our Member Contact Center at 978.452.5001.
